Serene Orchid Wellness Spa

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

SICK POLICY

If you are showing signs or symptoms of illness of any kind, please reschedule your appointment 24 hours ahead. To prevent the spread of illness to our service providers, we do not work on anyone who is sick. 

You will not be charged for rescheduling your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. 

If you show up sick, you will be asked to leave and sent an invoice of 50% of the service cost. This must be paid before rescheduling your appointment.

Due to COVID-19, we will be requesting a doctor's note with a negative test result before rescheduling your appointment. If no doctor's note is provided, you will be asked to pay a cancelation fee. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your upcoming date and a reminder three days before. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in person, by phone (leave a voicemail), or by email. Once you complete the cancellation or rescheduling, you will receive a notification via email or text confirming the change to your appointment. Please keep this verification of cancellation for your records.

Should you fail to cancel, reschedule, or no show the service, within the allotted 24 hours this will result in the full charge of said service being provided*. Our spa gives adequate time for all clients to be able to cancel/reschedule their services and are not responsible for any lack of communication from the clients end.


In the event your service is rescheduled by the service provider for any reason, the service provider will reach out to you personally either by text/phone call to move the service. A discount might be offered, but that is up to the service provider to make that choice*.


*Each service provider at our establishment has their own cancelation policy, clients should check with their service provider for their policy.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. This may result in rescheduling. If you arrive late and still want to be serviced, we will perform the service, using the remaining time for the appointment. Nonetheless, you will still be charged for the full amount of the service. If you choose to cancel your appointment it would be considered same-day cancellation, and you will be charged a cancellation fee for 100% of the service fee.

NO SHOWS

No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No shows will be required to prepay for the service in FULL, prior future to rescheduling.

REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS/LASH ADHESIVE

Upon reading and filling out our consent form, you are consenting to the application of products onto your skin or lashes. We do not offer refunds in the event of an untoward reaction. Potential reactions are always a risk and can occur at any time, in certain people.

LASH FILLS

If you arrive with less than 45% of your lashes remaining, you will be asked to reschedule for a full set or will have to come in sooner for another fill to get you back to what a complete set. Please understand that we can only do what is possible in the allotment of time.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services, but your satisfaction is guaranteed, and if you have any concerns with the service you received, please notify us immediately. We will schedule you a one-time complimentary follow-up appointment within 72 hours of the initial date.

CHILDREN

While we all love children, liability concerns, and the nature of the services we provide, do not allow children to present during service. Please arrange for appropriate childcare before your appointment.
